Return of goods:
You may only return products in accordance with TSK’s standard Return Policy in effect on the date of the return. Suppose you fail to follow TSK’s Return Policy. In that case, TSK Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any returned product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
You must contact TSK Solutions Ltd before attempting to return a product in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number to include with the return. TSK Solutions Ltd shall not be required to accept any return without an authorized RMA number.
TSK Solutions Ltd has approved the return by providing an RMA number. You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for all risks of loss and shipping and handling fees for returned products.
TSK Solutions Ltd may, in its sole discretion, charge additional restocking fees and/or issue credit for partial returns less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.
If you are entitled to return a cabinet, rack, or other oversized product (“Oversized Product”) under TSK’s Return Policy, you must contact TSK Solutions Ltd to arrange for the Oversized Product to be picked up by a carrier selected by TSK.
TSK Solutions Ltd shall only accept returns of Oversized Products that such TSK Solutions Ltd selected carrier certifies as not being damaged. In the event that you return an Oversized Product that is found by TSK Solutions Ltd to be damaged, you shall pay TSK Solutions Ltd a restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price of such Oversized Product.
